Ann Hallett Collection

Ann Hallett is first an artist. Her work reflects her personal life as well as the natural world around her. Ann was born in Dundas, Ontario. Her home is now in Coldwater just south of the Muskoka Lakes. She graduated from Georgian College School of Design in Barrie, Ontario and the Fibre Arts/Traditional Rug Hooking Programme at St. Lawrence College. She is currently a practicing multi-media artist. Rug hooking is a very important part of her life and each design has a story to tell. Ann works almost entirely with recycled wool which gives her finished pieces wonderful texture.
