We ship Canada Post-Expedited Service unless otherwise advised. Please note: At the time of ordering, we are unable to provide you with a total invoice cost due to the requirements from Canada Post. We are required to calculate the dimensions of each parcel as well as the final weight to get the shipping cost. This must be done at shipping time.

If you are paying by credit card, you need to phone into the studio with your credit card information during regular business hours (Monday to Friday, 9:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (EST)). Your credit card will not be charged until the day your order is shipped.

Any orders returned will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. A minimum order of $10.00 (Canadian) is required.
